Museum Hours

Open Thursday - Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Museum Admission

Please be prepared with your ticket before entering the museum. Tickets may be purchased in advance online or upon arrival at the ticket kiosk in the Union Terminal Rotunda or the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center lobby.

We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets.

Your admission includes access to the following areas of the museum:

  • Permanent Exhibits: Plan to spend 45 minutes -1.5 hours exploring the Holocaust Gallery and Humanity Gallery.
  • Dimensions in Testimony: This world-renowned permanent exhibit allows visitors to ask questions of two-dimensional displays of Holocaust survivors and receive responses in real time.
  • Immersive Theaters: The Nancy and David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center award-winning museum features two state-of-the-art theaters featuring compelling short films included in your admission.

The entrance to the museum closes at 4:30 p.m.

Museum Accessibility

The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center is committed to providing an accessible museum experience and meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The museum can be accessed via an elevator located in the Union Terminal concourse. The elevator is on the west side of the concourse before the Robert D. Lindner Family OMNIMAX® Theater and to the left of the stairs leading down to the museum. Visit the Cincinnati Museum Center site for more information about accessibility.

Backpack Policy

Please minimize what you bring with you during your visit. Backpacks will be inspected prior to being admitted into the museum.

Photography

Photographs may be taken in the museum, but flash photography is prohibited.

Food and Drink Policy

No food and/or beverages are allowed in the museum.

Weapons Policy

Cincinnati Museum Center and the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center at Union Terminal are both an educational facility and active railway station. In accordance with state guidelines, Homeland Security regulations, and federal law, firearms and deadly weapons of any kind are prohibited within this facility.

Storage Policy

We do not offer a bag/coat check or storage area for strollers. Please plan accordingly before you visit the museum.
