Museum Mindfulness Yoga & Art Experience: Rotunda Yoga at Historic Union Terminal

Join us for Museum Mindfulness, a yoga and art event in the iconic rotunda at Union Terminal followed by drinks, appetizers, and mindful, personalized art making.
After a yoga session with Sage Yoga, join visual artist and art educator, Cedric Michael Cox for an abstract art project that incorporates your name and top character strength, using color, shape, and movement to express the qualities that ground you. Through this creative process, you’ll engage in mindful reflection, deepening your connection to yourself and the strengths that shape how you navigate the world.
All event attendees must take the VIA Character Strengths Survey prior to registration.

Please Note: Bring your own yoga mat. All participants will be required to sign a waiver at registration.

Museum Mindfulness is part of the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center’s Cohen Family Upstander Month, an inspiring month of events featuring family activities and an awards ceremony at historic Union Terminal. The month celebrates and uplifts the change makers in our community.
