Join us for Museum Mindfulness, a yoga and art event in the iconic rotunda at Union Terminal followed by drinks, appetizers, and mindful, personalized art making. After a yoga session with Sage Yoga, join visual artist and art educator, Cedric Michael Cox for an abstract art project that incorporates your name and top character strength, using color, shape, and movement to express the qualities that ground you. Through this creative process, you’ll engage in mindful reflection, deepening your connection to yourself and the strengths that shape how you navigate the world.
